As a Solutions Lead, you’ll develop sophisticated digital resourcing products that boost customer value and support our Growth Strategy.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, tailor recommendations and help them make informed decisions through collaborative ways of working. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the Digital Resourcing roadmap within TBS – helping to drive efficiency, fairness and cost‑effectiveness across our services. You’ll manage strong customer relationships, work closely with Sales, the Solutions Architect and the Head of Resourcing Innovation, and build connections across Sopra Steria – especially in Technology, AI and Development. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the development of sophisticated digital resourcing solutions that align with client needs and our growth strategy.
  • Shaping and influencing the Digital Resourcing roadmap to drive improvements in efficiency, fairness and customer value.
  • Working closely with technical teams to design and refine digital resourcing propositions.
  • Leading customer proposal activity – from scoping requirements to shaping solutions that address complex challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and supporting qualification and design of consulting solutions.
  • Overseeing the build and delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, profitability and timely delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Expertise gained within a large‑scale Talent Acquisition environment, ideally within outsourcing.
  • Strong project management capability with experience supporting technology implementations.
  • Experience leading diverse and complex projects, guiding teams and delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative, practical solutions.
  • Experience delivering business or technical presentations to clients in formal settings.
  • Experience developing service propositions and taking them to market.
