We are seeking a Business Change Consulting Manager with a background in Business Change Transformation within Defence to drive the business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence and Secure (ADS) clients.

This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Corsham at least 3 days a week, with occasional travel to other UK-based client sites.
What you\’ll be doing:
You will apply best-practice methodologies and deep Business Change Transformation (BCM) expertise to sophisticated programmes, ensuring partner alignment and sustainable change.
- Plan and implement change initiatives aligned with clients’ digital/IT transformation objectives.
- Design and implement safe, defensible operating models and business processes using methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma.
- Lead Business Process Design, Re-engineering, and Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Assess and integrate business and technical requirements, ensuring robust governance.
What you’ll bring:
- MOD DV Clearance.
- APMG Business Change Management certification.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformations.
- Experience supporting bid/proposal development for technology-led consulting projects.
- Experience or exposure to Defence Digital or working within Defence digital programmes is highly advantageous.
