Sopra Steria is seeking a Junior Service Operations Manager to own and deliver small-scale services under the direction of a senior delivery manager.
The role is full time at our Hemel Hempstead offices with occasional travel to customer sites and requires active DV clearance.
You will manage service delivery to SLAs, support transitions, maintain clear service definitions and monitor outcomes for value and continual improvement.
