We are seeking a Business Change Consulting Manager with a background in Business Change Transformation within Defence to drive the business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence and Secure (ADS) clients. Sopra Steria is recognised for its activities in consulting, digital services, and software development. We provide end-to-end solutions to support large companies and organisations in their endeavours to become more efficient and effective by combining in-depth knowledge of a wide range of business sectors, strategic practices, business change and innovative technologies.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be in Corsham (on-site minimum 3 days/week), with intermittent travel to other UK-based client sites.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will bring best-practice methodologies and deep Business Change Transformation (BCM) expertise to sophisticated programmes while ensuring partner alignment and sustainable change.
- Plan and implement change initiatives aligned with clients’ digital/IT transformation objectives.
- Design and implement safe, defensible operating models and business processes via methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma.
- Lead comprehensive Business Process Design, Re-engineering, and Continual Improvement efforts.
- Bring together and assess business and technical requirements, ensuring robust governance.
What you’ll bring:
- MOD DV Cleared.
- APMG Business Change Management certification.
- Consistent track record delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformation.
- Proven success supporting bid/proposal development for technology-led consulting assignments.
- Exposure to Defence Digital or experience working within Defence digital programmes is highly advantageous.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000
Benefits: 10% Bonus, £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
