We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to provide programme level leadership, test management and analytical skills for the delivery of mission-critical capability.
The role will be accountable within the programme for defining the test strategy in line with client functional and non-functional requirements and for the verification and validation activity across multiple delivery workstreams.
This role is client facing with the Senior Test Manager leading the client engagement on the delivery of testing services.
What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Senior Test Manager within large or complex solutions integration projects and programmes.
- At an expert level able to articulate and demonstrate a good understanding of Programme Test Management, Improving the Testing Process, Test Techniques,
- Infrastructure Testing, Defect Management & Test Management Tools (e. g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops).
- Team Leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
- Driven and determined with a strong personality to engage and persuade at a senior level.

It would be great if you had
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Advanced Test Manager or an equivalent qualification or certification.
- Experience of working on complex HMG projects.
- Familiarity with Secure by Design principles.
