CIMPA are currently recruiting for Engineering Process Facilitator to support with the management of suppliers, customers, procurement and other stakeholders relevant to the success of CIMPAs operations. You will help suppliers integrate successfully into the customer engineering environment and support them in becoming ready to work in line with defined Processes, Methods & Tools and PLM ways of working. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to bring a good foundation of knowledge to the role but continue their learning to become a highly experienced (And effective) Engineering Process Facilitator.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site in our Bristol office.

Please note due to the nature of the clients we work with we are only able to progress with UK nationals eligible for SC clearance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build positive working relationships with supply chain, procurement, engineering, design, programme and digital stakeholders.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and integration into the customer engineering ecosystem.
  • Support deployment prerequisites, including access requirements, tool readiness, licences, inventories and training plans.
  • Support the deployment and governance of engineering Processes, Methods & Tools across the Extended Enterprise.
  • Help align contractual PM&T requirements with practical day-to-day implementation.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor deployment activities across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies and actions to support controlled delivery.

Excellent communication, listening and stakeholder-engagement skills.

  • Ability to coordinate several topics simultaneously while keeping information clear and organised.
  • Project coordination or project management knowledge.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated and structured way of working.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex information and produce clear reporting.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to support decisions with evidence and clear follow-up.
  • Ability to build trust and work effectively with international and multidisciplinary teams.

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Hybrid role with weekly travel to our office in Bristol and occasional travel to client sites.
