Join us as a Senior Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you will work on high-complexity, business-critical projects that shape how our clients operate. You will be part of a collaborative, expert Business Analysis community known for its supportive culture, shared knowledge, and commitment to best practice. You will generally work remotely but may need to travel occasionally for client meetings or project needs. This role requires you to hold SC clearance before you can start.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and deliverables in partnership with clients.
- Deliver assignments in line with agreed time, quality and financial measures.
- Lead effective client engagement and stakeholder management throughout each project.
- Manage risks through clear, proactive risk management planning.
- Conduct formal assignment reviews with clients on completion.
- Identify and support business development opportunities through strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Current SC clearance or, at a minimum, eligibility for SC.
- Significant experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large or complex programmes.
- Strong, transferable business analysis skills that apply across multiple business scenarios (e.g., process modelling, data analysis, options evaluation, requirements engineering).
- Practical experience using a range of requirement management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms).
- Sound knowledge of current and emerging practices in business analysis, including working with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Broad experience using relevant business analysis tools, techniques and methods (e.g., process mapping, user story development, service design artefacts, as-is/to-be analysis, discovery work in complex environments).
- Experience working within government or public-sector environments (desirable).

- Salary: up to £52,000 dependent on experience
