What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the infrastructure team, managing incidents, requests, changes and problems.
- Actively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
- Administer systems based on Windows (Virtual and Physical), ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support server environments and estates, including patching for Windows, VMware and Citrix.
- Produce technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development.
What you’ll bring:
- A basic understanding of on‑premises IT infrastructure.
- Some experience or familiarity with Windows Servers, VMware or similar virtualisation.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, critical for coordinating with multi‑site teams.
- Passion for building a career within infrastructure and IT systems management in a dynamic, multi‑location environment.
- Self‑motivated and customer‑focused.
