Overview
Full-time, 24‑month fixed‑term role based in the South East – candidates must be within commuting distance of Newport, Wakefield or Croydon.
The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of one on‑site day per month; travel expenses are not covered.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver professional online assessments, interviews and role‑play exercises following structured assessment frameworks.
- Support candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive, fair and consistent experience.
- Record assessment outcomes accurately and ensure sessions run on time and meet required standards.
- Provide technical support to candidates and collaborate with colleagues for smooth end‑to‑end delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering assessments (recruitment, interviewing or structured candidate assessment).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to put people at ease.
- High attention to detail and confidence following structured processes.
- Calm, professional approach in a busy, people‑focused environment.
