You will be a key player in the early stages of our UK capability, driving the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead client engagements to align Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with client business strategies and objectives.
- Designing and customising Dynamics 365 solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Developing and configuring entities, workflows, and business processes within Dynamics 365.
- Working with integration architects to design data flows between systems.
- Documenting configurations, customizations, and development work for future reference.
- Supporting end-users by addressing their inquiries and providing training as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 functional roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customisation and configuration.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft Stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure).
- Expertise in workshop facilitation techniques and co-design work.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with D365 Customer Engagement.
