Role Summary
Corporate Identity is a critical control point for Sophos, underpinning everything our employees do and serving as a foundation for our certification and compliance programs. We are looking for a Senior Identity Engineer to join our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who manage our modern identity stack, covering everything identity related from Passkeys through to our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
What You Will Do
- Contribute, and lead corporate identity projects, from Passkey deployments through to the retirement of legacy technology
- Act as an SME in one or more of Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, MiServer AD
- Onboard applications into Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt
- Support the broader team with identity related projects and expertise
- Stay up to date with industry trends in PAM, PIM, and IGA
- Work using agile methodologies
- Join the identity team out of hours support rota
What You Will Bring
- Hands‑on experience and SME knowledge with OIDC, SCIM, OAuth, PAM, and PIM solutions
- Experience managing and SME knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Saviynt
- Understanding of identity governance and compliance controls
- Desirable:
- Terraform experience
- Azure/Microsoft Certifications
- CI/CD using GitHub
