The EMEA Partner Program Manager is responsible for driving the success and execution of Sophos’ global partner program strategy across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Global Channel Program team and alongside regional counterparts in the Americas and APJ, you will execute channel program initiatives that support partner growth, operational excellence, and business performance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic program professional who understands the complexity of managing channel initiatives across a diverse regional partner ecosystem.
You will partner cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Operations, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and regional leadership teams to ensure programs are effectively communicated and executed throughout the EMEA theater.
- Execute global partner program strategy within the assigned theater.
- Drive partner program adoption including tiering, certifications, and incentives.
- Ensure alignment and consistency with Sophos’ global channel strategy, partner framework, and operational standards.
- Support the rollout of new partner initiatives, tools, and programs within EMEA.
- Track and report partner performance metrics.
- Gather regional partner feedback and help identify opportunities to improve partner experience and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- 5+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, channel marketing, or partner management within the technology industry.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of channel business models including MSPs, VARs, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliance partners.
- Experience supporting indirect sales models and partner ecosystems across EMEA.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and PRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Additional European language skills are a plus.
- Experience supporting global program rollouts and regional localization efforts.
- Familiarity with EMEA regional operational and compliance considerations.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software industries.
