We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Video Content Specialist to bring our brand to life across social channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating engaging video content, has a strong eye for motion and storytelling, and understands how to optimise content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.
- Support day-to-day social media management, with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, including short-form (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and occasionally longer-form.
- Develop motion graphics and lightweight animations to enhance storytelling.
- Support social campaign planning from concept through to delivery.
- Optimise content for each platform, with a strong understanding of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO).
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture content at events, shoots, and day-to-day moments.
- Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to translate messaging into compelling social content.
- Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights and trends.
- Stay on top of social and video trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong editing skills and motion design capability (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
- Proven experience creating video-first social content (in-house or agency).
- Confident writing for social – clear, concise, and platform-native.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
- Experience creating both short-form (15–60 seconds) and longer-form video (2–5+ minutes).
