About Us

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the EMEA North Region on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Marketing Director for EMEA North, this role is instrumental in driving demand generation through direct involvement in planning, executing, and measuring impactful regional campaigns and events. You will collaborate closely with other regional marketing teams across EMEA and work closely with sales teams to deliver measurable results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and Execute Direct Marketing Activities: Own the end-to-end development and execution of direct marketing initiatives targeting end users in the EMEA North region. This includes implementing centrally managed campaigns as well as creating and delivering region-specific activities such as localised campaigns and on-the-ground events.
  • Drive Demand Generation with Accountability: Take full ownership of demand generation outcomes, including the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking OKRs, analysing lead funnel performance, and identifying ways to improve marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-On Customer Advocacy: Collaborate closely with the sales team to produce high-impact customer case studies—both video and written—managing every stage of production from concept through to publication.
  • Sales Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain close partnerships with the EMEA North sales management team. Ensure marketing activities—including campaigns, events, digital programs, and telemarketing—are effectively delivered and aligned with sales priorities.
  • Plan, Execute, and Report: Create and manage a quarterly marketing plan with clearly defined KPIs. Be directly involved in delivering activities and provide transparent reporting on results and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the marketing budget for direct marketing in EMEA North. Make data-driven decisions to ensure that all spend contributes to agreed OKRs and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Actively participate as part of the Field Marketing team, sharing ideas and feedback to improve performance across the region.

What You Will Bring

  • A proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced, B2B global environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in event management and ability to manage end-to-end logistics and delivery.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business (preferred).
  • CIM or equivalent qualification (or working towards).

*Requirement to work as part of a global organisation and ability to flex hours to work across multiple time zones.

*Occasional travel across the region to attend events and team meetings.
