What started as a clear gap in the market has become a category-defining brand, with strong organic growth and exciting plans ahead — both in the UK and internationally. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to bring energy, organisation and leadership to our showroom and sales team.

THE ROLE

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing calm, structure, momentum and measurable results to a busy sales floor. You’ll run the day‑to‑day of our showroom, lead and develop our brilliant team of sales executives, and take clear ownership of sales performance, standards and outcomes. You’ll ensure everything — from customer experience to internal processes — runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our commercial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LEADING THE SALES TEAM & DRIVING PERFORMANCE
    • Lead, manage and motivate a high‑performing sales team, setting clear expectations, sales targets and KPIs.
    • Take ownership of showroom sales performance, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales activity, pipeline health, enquiry handling and conversion rates.
    • Hold the team accountable to performance through regular check‑ins, feedback, and performance reviews.
    • Provide hands‑on coaching, guidance and ongoing development to improve selling skills, confidence and results.
    • Address underperformance proactively, supporting improvement while maintaining high standards.
    • Foster a collaborative, positive and results‑driven team culture where accountability and excellence go hand in hand.
  • RUNNING THE SHOWROOM
    • Oversee the management of the showroom, ensuring it always looks, feels and operates beautifully.
    • Ensure the showroom environment supports strong sales performance and a premium customer experience.
    • Welcome interior designers, clients and partners, delivering a standout, personal and professional experience.
    • Act as a senior point of contact for high‑value, trade and VIP customers, helping to close key opportunities.
  • KEEPING THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY
    • Bring structure, clarity and consistency to sales processes and day‑to‑day operations.
    • Ensure CRM usage, admin, reporting and follow‑ups are completed accurately and on time.
    • Track performance data and use insights to improve conversion, efficiency and team effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline, improve and scale processes as the business grows.
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
    • Manage and nurture relationships with interior designers, retailers and end clients.
    • Ensure every enquiry and sale is handled with confidence, care and attention to detail.
    • Balance commercial outcomes with an exceptional customer experience — ensuring every client feels looked after and excited to work with us.
    • Resolve issues calmly and professionally, protecting both the customer relationship and the brand.

ABOUT YOU

You are highly organised, commercially minded and confident leading people, with a natural ability to bring structure, clarity and accountability to a busy environment. You enjoy driving results, developing others, and take pride in building a high‑performing team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

Proven experience in a senior sales or sales management role, ideally within luxury retail or a design‑led brand. Strong track record of owning sales targets and driving team performance.
