You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with clinical guidelines while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and the Head of Care.

RGN or Registered Paediatric Nurse with Learning Disabilities experience and evidence of continuing professional development are required. Experience of working with children, families, or adults with complex needs is essential. You must be able to travel across the local area and work flexibly within service needs.
