An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join our Client’s Nursing and Care Team. You will be a Registered Nurse and have current and relevant experience working with children with complex health needs. This role will require the successful candidate to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care and support services in compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted) regulations. This role is essential in ensuring that the organisation meets its statutory obligations and maintains a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.
Role Requirements
- The Registered Manager will work collaboratively within the Nursing Directorate, reporting directly to the Head of Care, to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery while safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.
- The post holder will be responsible for fostering a positive environment that promotes the emotional and physical well-being of all service users, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of service provision.
- You will be responsible and accountable for leading the organisation in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the National Minimum Standards for Children’s Homes and Care Quality Commission standards, ensuring that children and families are involved in the evaluation and development of changes to service provision.
- With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- You will naturally possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
