Band 7 Paediatric Clinical Services Manager

£51,145 to £57,712 per year. Joining Bonus £5,000 over 3 years, £500 on appointment.

We are seeking an experienced senior nurse to jointly manage extending Clinical Services – including In House, Community and Play Services, supporting the leadership, management, development and transformation of Clinical Services at a Children’s Hospice.

The Clinical Services Team cares for children who are staying and those visiting for events and daycare. Providing families with choice is central to our care model, and the team also supports children in their family homes and other community-settings.

The post holder will play a crucial role in the development of the service and lead the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for referred babies, children, young people and their families.

You will support the team in providing clinical and holistic care support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.

You’ll be based on site, a place of laughter, play and real connection, with an atmosphere that’s both supportive and inclusive.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced nurse who has developed skills in paediatric palliative care, leadership and management. Experience in change management is desirable.

You will have excellent clinical and communication skills, be creative and want to make a positive difference to the charity.
