The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Having mostly worked with external agencies to manage our performance marketing, we are looking to bring part of this function in house, primarily Meta and Social ads, but open to seeing those who can also work into Google. We would welcome applications from ex agency looking to develop a broader knowledge of one business, or those who have worked in performance marketing in house in a similar business.
You will:
- Assist with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for paid social from conception to execution.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and external agency to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social/performance marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies to improve performance and drive scalable growth.
- Monitor and optimize landing pages, website performance, and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences and personalize marketing messages for maximum impact.
You Have:
Solid hands-on performance marketing experience executing and optimising paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms (TikTok, Pinterest etc) .
Proven performance marketing and media planning, handling, and optimising spend budget
analytical and problem-solving skills allowing you to deliver growth and input to future strategy
Broad understanding of understanding of owned, earned, shared channel technologies and analysis techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong ability to analyse data
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
