Soons are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a National Logistics client based in Stafford. Continuous work throughout 2026 with temperature controlled trailers. 13 week Temp to Perm positions available should you be looking for a permanent role. Our client offers excellent working conditions and a new fleet of trucks.
Nationwide deliveries to various RDC and NDC locations; drops vary between 2-3 per day with a possible collection depending on run location. You must be able to complete nights out when required. Excellent pay rates with weekly pay.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles with temperature controlled trailers.
- Continuous work throughout 2026 with various starts available across a 24-hour period, accommodating Early, Mid and Night time starts based on a 5 on 3 off shift pattern.
- Nationwide deliveries to RDC and NDC locations; drops vary between 2-3 per day with a possible collection depending on run location; nights out when required.
Qualifications
- Drivers must have relevant category of licence, hold a valid CPC and Digi card.
- You will be required to complete a full driver assessment prior to any shifts being allocated.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good geographical knowledge of UK road.
13 week Temp to Perm positions are available should you be looking for a permanent role.
