Shell Wilson’s Service Station is a reputable petrol service station, we take pride in being at the heart of the local community and providing a valuable service to our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a hard‑working and highly energised team, helping to maintain the standards of our busy petrol forecourt, convenience store and Subway outlet.
Duties:
- Serving retail customers by greeting them; making sure they are able to find all the products they seek; ensuring customer needs are fulfilled.
- Food preparation including bread and cookie baking; ensuring food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety Standards.
- Resolving pricing issues by requesting price checks; verifying questionable prices; substantiating discounted items and special promotions.
- Ensuring the shop and forecourt is fully stocked, merchandised and presentable at all times.
- Stock Management: stock counts and product rotation to maintain product quality, reduce waste and promote product freshness.
- Stock Deliveries: working stock deliveries in a fast, efficient and tidy manner.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and clean work environment by following and enforcing food handling standards; adhering to check‑out procedures; complying with sanitation and legal regulations.
