Our TV Distribution Sales Planning team sits at the heart of this commercial team. We help shape product distribution strategy, support negotiations, and manage the end-to-end sales process - from franchise planning and rights management through to pricing, contracting, forecasting and revenue delivery.

In this role, you will be a key support and partner to the Senior Manager, Sales Planning (EMEA), playing a central role in strengthening Sales Planning operations across EMEA - improving systems, refining processes and regular sales and finance reporting. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role offering exposure to cross‑functional teams across EMEA and LA. What You’ll Do

  • Projects & Processes: Driving strategic initiatives to enhance Sales Planning processes and efficiencies, ensuring all planners adhere to best practices.
  • System Improvements: Supporting all phases of new system enhancements/projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation and training.
  • Reporting & Information Requests: Deliver regular reporting and address ad‑hoc requests for EMEA and Home Office (e.g. month‑end reporting, TV Series sales reports, budget views etc.).
  • Training: Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new starters and new system functionality, including managing updates for the training handbook.
  • Deal Approvals: Review requests for materials delivery and approve.
  • Sales Planning cover: Provide cover for territory planners, i.e., running avails, deal system entry and processing revenue and materials delivery requests.
  • Team Administration: Manage calendars for 2 VPs, coordinate cross‑territory and cross‑functional meetings for EMEA Sales Planning, organise team conferences.

What you have

  • 1‑2+ years’ experience in media or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • A process‑improvement mindset with a passion for efficiency.
  • Confidence in managing priorities in a fast‑paced, international setting.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
  • Adept with new systems and software e.g. MS Suite, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulae), and must be comfortable in learning new systems.
  • Problem Solving & Decision making – demonstrates an ability to address root causes of problems, identify alternatives and propose solutions.
  • Able to use complex information to provide summaries with clear and meaningful insights.
