- Help define success metrics and monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Participate in product releases, rollout planning, change management, and adoption activities.
- Clearly communicate priorities, roadmap updates, and product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the modernization of legacy royalty systems through incremental product improvements and platform enhancements.
Who you are:
- 5-7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products, preferably enterprise or internal platforms.
- Experience managing products from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration.
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
