Ceremony Of Roses are Sony’s in-house merchandise team that manage fan merchandise for a diverse roster of artists across multiple genres. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of E-Commerce to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis during a period of significant growth and evolution across the company. As the business continues to scale rapidly, this role will be key in providing strategic and people-centric leadership to the E-Commerce team, reporting into the Managing Director of Ceremony of Roses.

You will be accountable for leading a best-in-class e-commerce operation, collaborating with senior leaders across the function to drive change, innovation and continuous improvement across our systems, processes and ways of working, whilst delivering a marketing-leading fan experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and lead a team of E-Commerce Managers that execute creative E-commerce solutions responsible for generating and meeting sales targets, P&L analysis.
  • Manage all aspects of the E-commerce business, including strategising, planning, developing, and executing plans, monitoring store/product performance, analytics and store traffic.
  • Knowledge of implementing new concepts, digital marketing, SEO, CRM, Affiliate and social media strategies alongside excellent understanding of UX, customer flow, promotional campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
  • Staying on top of current E-commerce trends & the latest Shopify developments alongside innovation and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Continually seek out new opportunities to drive traffic, conversion and sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal/external teams to ensure the team execution of the business plan, implementing new strategies and last minute solutions when needed to raise the bar.
  • Regular business reviews with key partners, constantly seeking ways to improve and move the business forward.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in a similar level role with both department and team leadership experience.
  • A strategic thinker with high commercial acumen able to react quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding and experience in E-Commerce and digital/social marketing.
  • Strong team player with experience liaising with global teams and exceptional skills at building relationships.
