We are seeking a Gaming industry expert to be responsible for maximizing INZONE brand value and business growth through agile business management and the strategic expansion of gaming communities and new and existing sales channels. You will have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of the entire process - from identifying target customers and analysing market trends to executing strategic actions. As a Hybrid Key Account & Product Manager UK, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the FPS gaming market and our UK retail partners (Amazon, Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and new/existing in country accounts). You are responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of the INZONE brand: from extracting deep technical insights from pro-level communities to translate into product and activation roadmaps, to securing high-value brand visibility and managing the supply-demand forecasting that drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and cultivate target communities that align with specific product features and brand values.
- Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach to maximize brand engagement and loyalty.
- Recruit and manage strategic partnerships with influencers and professional Esports teams to broaden brand influence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively propose and execute new business opportunities.
- Represent the brand at Esports events to build new relationships and network with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Define and implement UK Advertising & Promotions plan: Paid activity – Make/commission relevant content and/or execute activity in gaming communities/channels utilizing local and Central A&P budget. Non-paid activity – formulate/commission content to use in gaming communities/channels, formulate and execute plan with weekly demand generation.
- Manage and optimize monthly unit forecasting processes to ensure business alignment and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and execute data-driven promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Identify and penetrate new sales channels to expand market reach within the gaming industry.
- Analyse and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as promotional ROI and community growth metrics, to continuously improve business outcomes.
Key Account Responsibility
- Drive growth of INZONE across all UK key accounts including traditional retail and existing and new e-commerce channels.
- Act as the INZONE business manager for all channels operating in the UK market including Amazon, Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and UK "local" Accounts.
- Create account plans to forecast and deliver sales to channels and maximise conversions at shop front.
- Define contract terms, pricing policies and distribution strategies.
- Leverage relevant sales and marketing colleagues to deliver against account plans.
- Build great customer relationships through regular contact and reviews.
Qualifications
- A gaming industry experienced, analysis-driven, product/business/commercial individual.
- Commercially-minded, probably with a sales background.
- Comfortable in a matrix operation, with advanced stakeholder management ability & natural team player.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly professional.
- Ideally well-versed in consumer marketing, comfortable working with Excel.
