Role Overview
The warehouse is currently recruiting for one Team Player who will report to the warehouse Team Leader, to work within the kit picking process, cycle counting and mainline completions.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and therefore able support the shift operation and other areas within the warehouse.
Working closely with Team players to ensure customer and internal and external expectations are met along with delivering a positive attitude is critical achieving the relevant KPIs.
You will play a key part in ensuring that these KPIs are met.
The successful candidate will be Health and Safety aware, have strong 5s standards and able to uphold high-quality work while demonstrating good values and behaviors of the company.
Specific Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for: -
All Mainline Completions.
Weekly Stock Checking of Parts & finished goods Located in Warehouse.
Ensure Kits are picked accurately and on time for production.
Oracle Sells on finished goods Cross training in all aspects of Warehouse
Person Specification
Essential
- Ability to work on own initiative with excellent work ethic.
- Flexible to work in other areas within the warehouse.
- Computer literate with a high level of key board skills.
- Warehouse Knowledge would be preferable.
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work 2 Shifts
Desirable
- Experience with the Oracle system
- Knowledge of production material process flows
- Experience of working in a fast paced, mass production environment
