Experteer Overview In this role you will lead growth marketing for PlayStation Store, Plus, and Direct-to-Consumer services, driving revenue and engagement at scale. You will manage a globally distributed team and shape cross-functional strategies to accelerate D2C growth. You'll translate consumer insight into compelling campaigns and invest behind high-impact opportunities, with a clear focus on performance and business targets. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of digital services and entertainment, offering a chance to influence the PlayStation consumer flywheel.

  • 12-15+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership in gaming/entertainment/tech/eCommerce
  • Data-driven growth marketing experience across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, engagement, and performance
  • Deep experience in ecommerce-led businesses spanning physical and digital products/services
  • Expertise in personalized, one-to-one consumer communications at scale (segmentation, automation, experimentation)
  • Strong understanding of paid media and collaboration with media teams/agencies
  • Experience with subscription, membership, loyalty, and rewards programs (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital engagement in gaming/entertainment contexts
  • Proven leadership in building and guiding multidisciplinary marketing teams
  • Strong commercial/analytical mindset with ability to translate data into priorities and investments
  • Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders in a global organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments
