Role overview: As part of the Central Live Service team, you will play a critical role within our central production team, supporting our Live Services processes and strategy. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency, alignment, and delivery excellence across cross-functional teams, ensuring that core services, tools, and live operations support the needs of our game studios, live titles and general business.
What you'll be doing:
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Plan, track, and coordinate central initiatives, while supporting the leadership team in maintaining structured oversight across a broader portfolio, ensuring alignment with studio and company priorities.
- Live Service Support: Partner with live operations, production, and technology teams to coordinate updates, service releases, and live event schedules across titles.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication between development, publishing, analytics, and platform teams to ensure smooth execution of shared services, tools, and processes.
- Process Optimisation: Find opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and standardise methodologies across the organisation.
- Reporting & Risk Management: Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports on surface status, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans. Coordinate and prepare materials in support of the Senior Director of Production, consolidating cross-functional inputs to meet evolving and time-sensitive leadership requests.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership to maintain alignment and accountability across initiatives, tracking commitments, surfacing risks or misalignment, and constructively challenging where needed.
What we are looking for:
- Shown experience managing projects in a live service or game development environment.
- Strong understanding of live operations workflows, release management, and post-launch production.
- Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams and subject areas.
This hybrid position involves in-office work one day per week, with occasional travel for off-site events.
