What Will You Be Doing?
- Capture compelling photo and video content at brand events, athlete shoots, launches, and internal activations.
- Collaborate with Studio and Social teams to plan and deliver creative content campaigns.
- Produce fast‑turnaround edits for reactive social content while maintaining the quality expected of larger campaign work.
- Produce high‑quality product photography and videography for social channels, website product detail pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Own shoots from concept through delivery, including pre‑production planning, filming, and post‑production.
- Operate professional camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment to deliver high‑quality content.
- Edit engaging video content, colour‑grade footage, mix audio, and create motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Continuously explore new content trends, creative techniques, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Help evolve the Bulk visual identity by bringing new ideas and creative thinking to every project.
- Direct and capture content with elite athletes, high‑profile ambassadors, and talent, helping them feel comfortable on camera while delivering premium, engaging content.
- Show strong experience creating both video and photography content in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrate creative concept development, bringing ideas to life from strategy through execution.
- Utilise AI‑powered creative production tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and create AI‑enhanced content.
- Possess a performance mindset, understanding what makes content engage, convert, and deliver measurable results.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent video editing and image editing skills.
- Be proficient in shooting and using professional lighting equipment.
- Produce content for multiple digital platforms, including social media and e‑commerce.
- Maintain a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative storytelling, technical ability, and attention to detail.
