What You’ll Do
- Lead Finance Transformation
- Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive successful execution across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation priorities and continuously improve delivery.
- Design and implement future‑state Finance operating and service delivery models.
- Assess current Finance processes and organizational capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across end‑to‑end Finance processes.
- Leverage data and industry best practices to inform transformation decisions and future‑state design.
- Lead Program Delivery
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance activities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status updates, and steering committee materials that support informed decision‑making.
- Ensure projects comply with governance, controls, and enterprise standards while delivering measurable business value.
- Drive Organizational Change
- Develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation, business transformation, or management consulting initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
- Demonstrated success implementing Finance operating model, process, or organizational transformation.
- Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and successfully implement new ways of working.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of Finance operations and end‑to‑end Finance processes, including Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Source‑to‑Pay (S2P), and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C).
- Experience leading ERP implementations, automation, AI, analytics, or digital Finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution and delivery.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- High digital literacy, including Microsoft 365 and AI‑enabled productivity tools.
