Marketing Operations Lead, EMEA, Studio Business Group, SIE

As the Marketing Operations Lead in EMEA, you will oversee the launch and management of live service titles, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Your role will involve executing the go-to-market strategy for live services, aligning with the company\’s overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Publishing, and Creative teams to ensure successful releases, balancing resources sustainably. Additionally, you will forecast resource needs, optimize processes, develop best practices for live service publishing, and facilitate stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing lead to validate go-to-market plans and allocate resources effectively across teams.
  • Serve as the main contact for the product GTM roadmap, managing resource forecasting and change management.
  • Build strong relationships between Development and Publishing teams to ensure alignment and clarity on dependencies.
  • Establish and lead cross-organizational working groups to execute GTM plans.
  • Monitor all projects related to live service campaigns.
  • Manage team budgets in collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
  • Ensure teams adhere to GTM tactical plans and escalate issues as needed.
  • Address portfolio resourcing conflicts and risks with leadership.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving misalignments between Publishing groups.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in AAA game publishing.
  • Strong production skills with the ability to develop collaboration, evaluation, and risk mitigation processes.
  • Ability to evaluate creative, scheduling, and business constraints.
  • Effective leadership in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones with distributed teams.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to create and refine processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
