You’ll work closely with regional and global marketing and finance partners to provide accurate analysis, insightful reporting, and strong process support. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the rollout of marketing’s new Anaplan planning system, supporting implementation, testing, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your FP&A skills in a global, fast-paced, and creative business environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the month-end close process, preparing management reports, variance analyses, and commentary on marketing spend versus budget.
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for global marketing cost centres.
  • Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple regions and business units.
  • Partner with marketing and accounting teams to monitor campaign investments, accruals, and actuals.
  • Maintain and improve financial models, templates, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help prepare executive‑level presentations and insights highlighting key performance trends.
  • Support the implementation and testing of new Anaplan planning system, helping ensure data accuracy, model integrity, and smooth adoption across global teams.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across global and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a desire to learn.

Desirable:

  • Progress toward a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or planning tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Hyperion.
  • Interest in financial systems, process improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Prior experience or internship in FP&A, marketing finance, or a data analysis role.
  • A passion for gaming, technology, or entertainment.

What We Offer

  • A hybrid working model based in our London office (typically 2–3 days per week on‑site).
  • The opportunity to support a major FP&A systems implementation (Anaplan) and develop hands‑on systems expertise.
  • Exposure to global finance operations within one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands.
  • Career development opportunities, including mentorship and study support for professional qualifications.
  • A creative and inclusive culture that celebrates innovation and collaboration.

Benefits

  • Discretionary bonus opportunity
  • Hybrid Working Model (Flexmodes)
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Dental Scheme
  • 25 days holiday per year
  • On Site Gym
  • Subsidised Café
  • Free soft drinks
  • On site bar
  • Access to cycle garage and showers
