- Conduct market research and data analysis to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, finance, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on opportunities, validate concepts and achieve buy-in for program development and execution.
- Support key areas of growth such as pricing optimization and commercial experimentation to help the direct-to-consumer teams learn at pace.
- Learn with the team how to craft compelling business cases for new initiatives that demonstrate ROI, position investments effectively within the company, and measure growth accurately and consistently.
- Balance short-term revenue-driving opportunities with long-term strategic growth initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Navigate how we deliver growth across transaction-based and subscription-based business models, pay-to-play and free-to-play content, as well as digital and physical product offerings.
- Support with the visual presentation and narrative behind our commercial performance and growth plans internally to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Highly analytical – you have experience in data analytics, market research, financial or commercial forecasting.
- Development experience – you have enabled the delivery of growth in a commercial, business development, strategy, marketing or finance role within a digital-first business.
- Proactive – you use initiative to find opportunities and forge a path to success, balancing quick wins and business realities with long-term value creation.
- Customer-focused – you think through the lens of the customer for all growth opportunities, understanding their needs and wants, to grow customer satisfaction alongside lifetime value.
- Visual presenter – you have experience in developing and presenting internal presentations to convey learnings and opportunities to different internal stakeholders.
- Natural collaborator – you are able to build relationships and gain support across cross-functional teams.
- You have relevant experience in digital media, ecommerce, digital marketing, subscriptions, retail, technology, or a consulting background.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and a keen user of enterprise analytics solutions.
- You have a passion for video gaming, with a rich understanding of content, community, and competitive market dynamics.
