About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Scripted Team Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced scripted development and production team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action supporting senior leadership, helping shape development workflows, and playing a key part in bringing scripted projects to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for television who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to build a career in scripted production.
What You’ll do
- Be a trusted partner to senior executives, including Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents, managing complex and ever-changing schedules across UK, US, and Canadian time zones
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
- Plan and deliver international travel, creating detailed itineraries and solving challenges on the go
- Play a key role in the development process by tracking scripts, treatments, and materials
- Support research and help keep the team informed on industry trends and new commissions
- Organise and manage production materials, including scripts, call sheets, schedule etc ensuring teams have what they need, when they need it
- Ensure the smooth running of the office through effective organisation work closely with Facilities, IT, and Operations
- Support onboarding for new team members and assist with early-stage production setup
- Mentor and guide interns, providing on the job training where applicable
- Manage expenses
- Maintain key databases for crew, vendors, and locations
What you have

- Proven experience managing busy schedules across multiple time zones

- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
- At least two years’ experience in scripted television
- Background in an administrative or production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
