What you’ll do:
- Compensation & Benefits: Main point of contact for UK & ROI benefit‑related queries. Responsible for managing the Compensation and Benefits team's central mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner. Benefits administration for payroll purposes, and validation of the data transfer between the benefits system and payroll. Run UK onboarding and monthly induction sessions specific to benefits for new joiners. Coordination of logistics and resources when required for benefits‑related meetings. Administration of the annual flexible benefits window process. Managing a tracker of regional benefit offering and providers. Partner with benefit providers and payroll to ensure seamless enrolment, data accuracy and support a positive employee experience.
- L&D/D&I Training Administration: Coordinate training schedules, booking rooms, working with Front of House and IT to make necessary arrangements for sessions. Manage course registration through the SPE LMS. Prepare course materials, handouts, and presentations as needed. Work with external vendors to confirm session dates. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and performance data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness. Proactively track L&D/D&I spending and monitor against budget.
What you have:

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Previous solid learning coordination experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and learning management systems.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- A global perspective and the ability to work with diverse audiences and cultures.
