- Senior Coordinator, P&O – United Kingdom, Ireland & Nordics
Supports the Senior P&O Manager and Executive Director, P&O (UK & Nordics) in providing generalist P&O coordination and administration support for approximately 500 employees across

Entertainment: Television, Theatrical and Corporate, and Sony Corporation Services.
Coordinates tasks across the employment lifecycle and acts as the point of call for general employee queries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Adobe signatures for the Executive Director, P&O on legal documents, track return and file accordingly.
- Track probation, flexible working trial periods, consultancy agreements, employee outcome letters, and manage contract extensions and approvals.
- Issue leaver’s letters, equipment collection, reference letters, background checks, and monitor immigration logs.
- Maintain employee notice and contract database, verify right-to-work documents, monitor IR35 tracker, prepare and issue consultancy agreements, and enforce GDPR file management.
- Review and update Employee Handbooks, P&O inbox, invoices, purchase orders via SAP Ariba, and housekeeping of JV files.
- Process employee relations: guide on policies, monitor sickness absence, handle flexible working requests, conduct exit interviews, liaise during redundancy, and maintain related logs.
- Coordinate compensation/benefits: monthly interface with Payroll/Workday/Benefits, support salary reviews, bonus cycles, and provide guidance on family‑friendly policies.
- Conduct new starter inductions and other ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in HR coordination/administration in a fast‑paced organisation, or transferable experience from a legal or finance environment.
- Strong HR administration skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, solution‑focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of HR total life‑cycle processes and basic employment law.
- Experience with HR databases and online systems.
- Proficient in Word & Excel (Power Point beneficial).
- Tech‑savvy, well‑organized and structured.
