This is an exciting and impactful role across both Compensation & Benefits and Diversity, Inclusion & Talent, supporting key people initiatives that shape the employee experience across multiple regions. Offering excellent exposure and hands-on experience, this role is ideal for someone looking to build a broad, valuable HR skill set within a leading international studio.
- 50%: Supporting the Compensation & Benefits team, the role will be the main point of contact for all UK and ROI benefits – from employee queries to managing systems and payroll related to benefits. The role will also support Wellness and Wellbeing initiatives.
- 50%: The role will also support the Diversity, Inclusion & Talent (D&I) team with day-to-day Learning and Development (L&D) activities for EMEA & APAC which will include managing the coordination and delivery of training programs, including scheduling courses, booking rooms, preparing materials, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records, to ensure the smooth operation and effective delivery of employee development initiatives at Sony Pictures.
What you’ll do:
- Compensation & Benefits: Main point of contact for UK & ROI benefit-related queries.
- Main point of contact for flexible benefits system (Benifex) queries around enrollment, eligibility, setup and reporting.
- Responsible for managing the Compensation and Benefits team's central mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Benefits administration for payroll purposes, and validation of the data.
