As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help shape the future of music technology by connecting world-class talent to our mission. We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our London-based team and support hiring across Product, Design, and Engineering functions within PDEGO. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across the UK and EMEA while providing an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder and strategist - someone who can think creatively about talent markets, move with pace, and deliver data-informed insights that fuel hiring excellence across our global tech organization.

What you'll do:

  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment for product, design, and engineering roles across PDEGO’s international teams (London, Tallinn & Madrid) — from discovery and sourcing through offer and close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to design hiring strategies, execute scheduling interview structures, and elevate evaluation processes that align to business goals.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Use data and reporting tools to analyze funnel performance, forecast needs, and influence hiring decisions with your hiring leaders.
  • Collaborate with PX (People Experience), L&D, and DE&I partners to ensure equitable and scalable recruiting practices.
  • Represent Sony Music PDEGO at events, conferences, and online communities to strengthen our employer brand.

Who you are:

  • Fuel Excellence: You bring at least 4‑6 years of end‑to‑end technical recruiting and talent acquisition experience across Product, Design, and Engineering functions, balancing precision, bringing forward top technical talent in international markets, speed, and stakeholder alignment. You use data to drive results and continuously improve.
  • Creator First: You champion creativity - from how you source and storytell to how you approach each search. You’re passionate about building technical teams that help artists and creators thrive.
  • Elevate Each Other: You build trust and inclusivity through collaboration, communication, and empathy: with candidates, hiring teams, and peers across time zones.
  • Imagine More: You approach challenges with curiosity, innovation, and optimism; always looking for new ways to solve complex hiring needs.
  • Act Responsibly: You take ownership of your work and decisions, upholding fairness, transparency, and integrity in every interaction.

What we give you:

  • You join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
  • We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • We provide an excellent range of benefits like private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus loads of music industry perks. There’s also time off over winter break.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience partnering directly with senior and executive leadership and experience in innovating and elevating technical recruiting processes.
