This is a strategic role focused on turning complex music consumption data into clear, actionable insights for artists and record labels across web and mobile applications. You’ll play a key role in modernizing our data visualization and reporting tools while helping shape the future of how our teams design with data.

What you’ll do:

  • Simplify large, complex datasets into intuitive, actionable experiences for artists and labels.
  • Lead discovery by working closely with stakeholders and users to understand business needs, workflows, and industry context.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape roadmaps and deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Guide and prioritize the work of two contract designers, providing direction and feedback on data-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to the broader design org by mentoring peers, sharing feedback, and evolving our design system and best practices.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools and workflows, both to improve the design process and to inform future product capabilities.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong portfolio showing expertise in data visualization, information architecture, and simplifying data-heavy systems.
  • Proven experience designing and shipping products across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Advanced prototyping skills—able to quickly create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes for testing and alignment.
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort presenting design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or leading other designers (contract or full-time).
  • Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end discovery, from research through synthesis and collaborative workshops.
  • Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows or power customer-facing features.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive energy, and a desire to help grow both products and people.

What we give you:

  • You join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
  • We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • We provide an excellent range of benefits like private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus loads of music industry perks.
  • There’s also time off over winter break.
