Joining the growing Kollective Neighbouring Rights team in London on a 6 Month Contract, you will report to the VP, Operations, and will support the Distribution team in data-matching processes required to enable accurate royalty payments to our clients. You will be a highly organised and analytical person with a proactive mindset and a willingness to expand an understanding of the overall music business.
What you'll do:
- Research recording matches for royalties reported by the Collective Management Organisations to our internal database, to ensure accurate onward reporting to our clients.
- Collaborate with our royalty processing, international, and client services teams to troubleshoot any issues preventing success processing matched.
- Provide frequent feedback to VP, Operations on progress.
Who you are:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in all MS Office programs – especially Excel.
- Experience in running SQL scripts an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and time-constrained environment with maximum focus.
- Comfortable working on repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
