As a Junior Ad Operations Analyst at Sony Music, you will play a key role in putting our artists’ music in front of their fans and building audiences around the world. Your role will ensure the performance and measurement of digital advertising campaigns, collaboratively, across multiple platforms and at scale. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with label teams and 4th Floor Creative teams and have a real impact on the success of Sony Music, our artists and our releases.
What you'll do
- Report on social, search, display, audio, video, and mobile advertising campaigns through the full artist life cycle.
- Own and help develop regular reporting, dashboards, benchmarks and testing roadmap.
- Work with internal analytics tools and liaise with agencies to ensure performance measurements are up to date and accurate.
- Work closely with label Digital Media teams to make a difference to our artists, following their campaign strategies closely and support their operations when needed.
- Support label and Digital Media Teams in evaluating post campaign and providing insight for future campaigns.
- Facilitate and support the finance process ensuring media partners (Meta, TikTok etc.), making sure all processes are completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively present and share successful campaigns, learnings and best practices with wider Digital Media, 4th Floor and label teams.
Who you are
- Experience working with one or more of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and Business Manager platforms.
- A strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals.
- Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. Excel v-lookups and other functions, pivot tables, benchmarking, dashboard creation and maintenance).
- Experience in building, maintaining and optimising reporting suites and campaign testing roadmaps.
- Ability and desire to scale knowledge and learning to other team members.
- Understanding of music business and digital music landscape preferred but not required.
- Creative, Social platforms and Search knowledge would be an advantage.
