As a NOW TWIC Music Product Assistant, you will play a key role in the journey of all NOW releases from creation to completion and beyond through their life cycle at retail. The role involves supporting all actions needed to deliver our releases including liaison and admin co-ordination with multiple departments across our JV owners, Sony and Universal including production, licensing, sales, CRM and website design – and third parties including designers, audio studio, media agency and retailers. You will also be encouraged to initiate ideas in team planning meetings and will be required to take responsibility and ‘ownership’ across all necessary actions to successfully create and enable a great marketing and sales plan for designated products.

What you'll do:

  • Work with multiple stakeholders on administration required to prepare for manufacture of upcoming releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support wider team on actions required to prepare for release of upcoming products & present releases on release dates.
  • Supporting Processes Key to Marketing across all relevant physical, e-com, digital and social platforms.
  • Active Engagement in Planning Meetings, Marketing Plans and Brand Initiatives – suggesting ideas for maximizing impact of NOW releases.
  • Supporting and suggesting process improvements and developments.
  • An active strategic approach to problem solving that will be achievable working in partnership with Sony, Universal and designated third-parties.

  • Engaged, with a focus on organization and diary management.
  • Extensive experience is not required, but the aptitude, attitude and aspiration to work in this field is essential.
