We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing Accounts team, working at the intersection of music, fashion, and fan culture. As Ceremony of Roses continues to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who’s eager to play a hands-on role in bringing merchandise to life and supporting our day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Account Management team across product development, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) launches, and tour campaigns. You’ll help coordinate production timelines, support account administration, and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects from concept to launch. Ultimately, you’ll play a part in creating exciting merchandise experiences for our artists and their fans.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including setting up tasks and timelines for Account Managers and Account Leads (primarily via Asana), and raising and distributing POs to relevant teams.
  • Support product and tour launches across multiple revenue streams, ensuring all products go live accurately and on time in line with campaign timelines (D2C).
  • Assist the Accounts team with production samples and quality control, including product photography and distributing samples to clients.
  • Support a range of ad hoc tasks such as booking meeting rooms, managing sample storage, arranging client comps, and creating product decks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take clear notes, and track follow-ups and action points.
  • Maintain organised filing systems across email, Asana, and internal drives to ensure easy access and consistency.
  • Support communication with warehouses regarding inventory levels, stock movements, and requests.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation across touring, eCommerce, and warehouse systems, contributing to stock management decisions.

Who you are:

  • Some experience in a similar role or environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A genuine passion for merchandise and bringing ideas to life – with an appreciation for fan culture and what excites audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, alongside good organisational skills and confidence working with tools like Excel and managing timelines/processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What we give you:

  • You join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
  • We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • We provide an excellent range of benefits like private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus loads of music industry perks. There’s also time off over winter break.
