The Latin Iberia International Intern will be a highly organised and proactive marketing assistant with good prioritisation skills, an excellent eye for detail, and strong communication skills to support the Marketing and Commercial team of the Sony Music Latin-Iberia International team based in London. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for music, culture and social media savviness. A knowledge of Latin Music and its top acts is a plus.
You will be working on various projects and providing administrative support within the Latin-Iberian International Marketing team including three key areas listed below.
Role Overview:
- Ways of Working
- Office attendance: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday working from the office
- Offsite working: There are no offsite working opportunities in this role
What you'll do:
- Administrative Duties
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, orders on promotional and merch items, European artist show ticket requests and fielding general inquiries from international marketing teams
- Generating sales & data reports for the marketing team and senior executives
- Circulating marketing and media campaign information to all internal departments
- Priority Project Marketing Support
- Assist in artist promo days/phoners/zoom interviews and ID sessions
- Support the administration and management of social media content and profiles
- The candidate will support the team in building a database and communication strategy to promote Latin music to a target audience, influencers, media partners and beyond
- Artist Support
- The role will include coordinating artist promotional visits and promotion schedules across multiple countries (hotel bookings, transportation, organising itineraries)
- Monitoring social media activity on active acts and report opportunities, hazards
Who you are:
- Essential
- Awareness and understanding of the music market. The industry is rapidly changing – knowledge in market conditions, developments and new technologies is key
- Understanding of digital metrics and basic concepts of digital marketing like CPC, CPM, measurement of digital KPI’s and digital bids
- Experience in SEM and SEO for marketing campaigns
- An analytical skillset is a must (we work in a digital world)

- Great written and verbal communication skills

Process Overview
Applications open August 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd. Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process, an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives. Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
