- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Royalty Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather user feedback and operational insights to continuously refine product direction
- Help define success metrics and monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Participate in product releases, rollout planning, change management, and adoption activities
- Clearly communicate priorities, roadmap updates, and product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the modernization of legacy royalty systems through incremental product improvements and platform enhancements
Who you are:
- 5-7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products, preferably enterprise or internal platforms
- Experience managing products from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience creating product documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and roadmap documentation
- Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to build alignment and drive execution
