Columbia Records is a premier frontline label of Sony Music Entertainment. As a Marketing Intern at Columbia Records UK, you'll support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across a diverse roster of artists, working closely with teams across the business and external partners to help campaigns run smoothly.

Role Overview:

  • Office attendance: Monday to Thursday, Friday is flexible depending on preference and workload.
  • Flexibility: Work from home days can be requested when needed.
  • Offsite working: You will be invited to attend gigs & fan events for the artists you work on.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of marketing professionals.
  • Manage marketing admin, including purchase orders, budget tracking, meeting coordination, campaign assets & documentation.
  • Collate weekly agendas, minute-taking and circulating marketing and media campaign information.
  • Collaborate with teams across Digital, Audience Development, Commercial, Streaming, Press, Radio, Creative, A&R, Artist Relations and International.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, ensuring artwork, video, social content and marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support campaign reporting by monitoring key performance metrics across digital platforms.
  • Research fan culture, social media trends, creator activity, emerging platforms and AI-driven marketing innovations.
  • Bring fresh creative thinking to campaign planning.
