Ceremony Of Roses are Sony's in-house merchandise team that manage the merch for a host of artists in many genres. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team! With the huge recent growth of direct to fan sales, we are seeking a person that can co‐ordinate our approvals process, ensuring timely, accurate and high‐quality approval outcomes across an expanding roster of artists, licensees and retail partners. This role will pay a critical role in supporting operations to maintain efficiency, speed and service standards.

Working closely with our retail and licensing managers, the Approval Coordinator will assist in managing a growing volume and complexity of approval requests for high‐profile artists and alongside ongoing day‐to‐day approvals for retail partners and licensees.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the end-to-end approval process for licensed products, ensuring requests are tracked, reviewed, and actioned in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in managing approvals for a growing roster of high‐profile artists, with particular attention to priority accounts and limited retail programs.
  • Act as a key point of support for retail sales and the wider approval processing team, helping to balance workload and maintain turnaround times.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, licensees, and retail partners regarding approval status, feedback, and required amendments.
  • Ensure feedback is consistent, detailed, and aligned with artist expectations, licensing agreements, and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to approvals, updates, and partner communications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of approval processes as volume and complexity increase.

Who you are:

  • Experience of working in the fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Familiar with licensing, retail and/or music merchandise is highly desirable.
  • A passion to work in the music industry with a particular focus on bringing merchandise to our fans.

  • High detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
