Ceremony Of Roses are Sony's in-house merchandise team that manage the merch for a host of artists in many genres. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team. With the huge recent growth of direct to fan sales, we are seeking a person that can coordinate the entire process of running an artist online store from start to finish, including product ideas, asset creation, inventory management, P&L, ticket bundles and merch ranges.

What you'll do:

  • Set up the official artist store collaborating with various internal UK / US teams and be the point person for artist management and internal colleagues regarding each artist store.
  • Liaise with the design team to create the merch range, obtain artist approval and then get the range into production, ordering appropriate quantities and pricing accordingly.
  • Manage the life cycle of album pre-orders, bundles, ticket bundles and inventory levels, working closely with CRM / Digital teams and advising best practice on social media assets, digital spend & strategy/execution.
  • Ensure the store is appropriately linked.
  • Maintain on-store merch range by staying on top of trends and initiating exciting new drops.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager ensuring stock ordered/delivered within expected timeframe.
  • Generate pre-order/sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Manage the P&L for each store, using past data to make informed decisions.

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar Ecommerce role is required.
  • A passion for creating merch items and seeing the fan excitement when launched.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and know a thing or two about Excel spreadsheets and good with a calculator.
  • Experience of the fast-paced, reactive business of an artist's online store.
