Ceremony Of Roses are Sony’s in-house merchandise team that manage the merch for a host of artists in many genres. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team! The ideal candidate has a passion for both music and fashion and latest trends and wants to contribute to building creative ranges of merchandise across the wide range of artists that Ceremony of Roses works with. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract supporting the design team to deliver merchandise, create simple assets and keep projects organised and moving. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career with an interest in music, fashion and design who enjoys both creativity and detail. You will need to submit a portfolio as part of your application either via sharing the website or attaching the file.

What you'll do:

  • Creating product visuals and simple CADs using existing artwork
  • Assisting the E-Commerce team creating social media content and ecommerce imagery
  • Maintain effective communication with freelancers and internal teams
  • Checking supplied artwork files are suitable for print and organised to share with other team members
  • Assist with creating and updating style guides and product decks
  • Support the team by researching and creating mood boards around project campaigns
  • Create and uphold artist brand guidelines

Who you are:

  • Some prior experience in a similar role is essential
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Able to create and uphold brand guidelines for artists
  • You work well both independently and with a team with excellent follow through and self-initiative
  • Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
