Sony Music Entertainment UK is seeking an experienced Head of Payroll to manage three UK payrolls and support smaller European payrolls. You will be the subject matter expert for payroll, partnering with People Experience and Finance to ensure timely, accurate processing, reporting and governance across regions.
You will lead payroll projects, optimize processes, and manage the external payroll provider, with a start date of 25 September 2026.
